Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered February 4, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated February 24, 2014, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 16, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
