On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2016, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from an amended judgment and a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, both rendered October 14, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme Court, Richmond County," and substituting therefor the words "County Court, Dutchess County."
