Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered October 9, 2013, for leave to reargue his prior motion to enlarge the judgment roll to include a certain affirmation of a physician, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
