Motion by Catherine Pinto on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 9, 2015, for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed as Catherine Pinto lacks the authority to make the motion (see Whitehead v Town House Equities, Ltd., 8 AD3d 369), without prejudice to the appellant making the motion.
