| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 1, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the judgment. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of stated portions of the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 10, 2015, is granted, and the appellant's time to obtain, settle and file the transcripts of the proceedings is extended until May 31, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 30, 2016, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
