| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Dana Bieff for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 25, 2016, and, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated January 25, 2016, as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 21, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated January 25, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
