ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 15, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 25, 2016, is amended by deleting from first paragraph thereof the words "Family Court" and substituting therefor the words "Supreme Court."
