Motion by National Employment Lawyers Association/New York, MYF Legal Services, Inc., A Better Balance Community Service Society, Empire Justice Center, Gender Equality Law Center, Inc., Latino Justice PRLDEF, Legal Aid Society, Make the Road New York, and Public Advocate for City of New York for leave to serve and file an amici curiae brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the amici curiae brief must be served on the parties, and nine copies filed in this Court, on or before April 1, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae brief within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
