DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents Greens at Half Hollow Homeowners Assoc., Inc., and Board of Managers of Greens at Half Hollow Condominiums I-V to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 8, 2013, and June 20, 2014, respectively. Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondents Greens at Half Hollow Homeowners Assoc., Inc., and Board of Managers of Greens at Half Hollow Condominiums I-V and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the respondents Greens at Half Hollow Homeowners Assoc., Inc., and Board of Managers of Greens at Half Hollow Condominiums I-V is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 20, 2014, is enlarged until April 8, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
