Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPLR 5518 to modify a preliminary injunction granted by an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 18, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated February 18, 2016, and to seal the motion papers on this motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the motion papers is granted, and the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall seal the motion papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
