Appeal by Jennifer Elkins, formerly known as Jennifer Mizrahi, and cross appeal by Aaron Mizrahi from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 29, 2016.

ORDERED that the appeal and cross appeal are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 4 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
