| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 6, 2015. Separate motion by the appellant to withdraw the appeal insofar as taken against the respondent David Fielding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted and the appeal is deemed withdrawn insofar as taken against the respondent David Fielding; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the time of the respondent Center for Living at Medford, Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 2, 2016, the brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
