Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered March 29, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental brief is enlarged until March 25, 2016, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's supplemental brief in response to the appellant's supplemental brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before April 25, 2016, and the appellant's supplemental reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before May 6, 2016.
