ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated October 8, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 15, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "April 15, 2016."
