Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 31, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion to stay enforcement of the order and judgment which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 5, 2016.
