Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated January 5, 2016, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom. Separate motion by the respondent-appellant, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order permitting the subject child to testify via closed circuit television.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
