(admitted as Olukayode Lawrence Babalola) Respondent is disbarred and his name stricken from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York, effective nunc pro tunc to July 31, 2014 (M-5132). Cross petition granted to the extent of confirming the Hearing Panel's determination of no liability as to charges 7 and 8, charge 9 having previously been withdrawn, and otherwise denied (M-5819). Opinion Per Curiam. All concur.
