Defendant-appellant-respondent having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on March 31, 2015, and plaintiffs having cross-moved for an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal taken from the order entered March 31, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Jennifer A. Ehman, Esq., dated March 3, 2016, the affidavit of Jennifer M. Schauerman, Esq., sworn to March 15, 2016, and the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that defendant-appellant-respondent's motion is granted, and defendant-appellant-respondent shall perfect the appeal on or before June 6, 2016, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that plaintiffs' cross motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the cross appeal, and plaintiffs shall perfect the cross appeal on or before June 6, 2016, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
