Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 5, 2014, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 18, 2015, for an award of counsel fees and to impose a sanction upon the appellant on the ground that the appeal was frivolous.
