Separate motions by the respondents Thomas J. Carbone and Jet Air Trans, Inc., and the respondents Steve Mikedis and Angeliki Mikedis for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 13, 2013, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
