ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 30, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 8, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first and third paragraph thereof the words "Point IV" and substituting therefor the words "Point VI."
