On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application dated March 21, 2016, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application by Pat T. Seccafico and Pat T. Seccafico Professional Land Surveyor, P.C., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 90-day enlargement of time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 15, 2015. Separate application by Treimane A. Eason and T. Eason Land Surveyor, P.C., for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted to the extent that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until May 3, 2016, the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date, and the applications are otherwise denied.
