DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Naomi Singer and Darren Singer on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 13, 2014, to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal. Separate motion by US Bank National Association to enlarge the time to perfect its appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Naomi Singer and Darren Singer is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Naomi Singer and Darren Singer is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]) and prior order of this Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by US Bank National Association is granted, the time of US Bank National Association to perfect its appeal is enlarged until May 31, 2016, and the record or appendix on appeal and its brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
