Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 15, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 27, 2014, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted, to reinstate the appeal, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated January 15, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
