Application by the respondents-appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2015, and to enlarge the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their brief is granted to the extent that the respondents-appellants' time to serve and file their brief is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the respondents-appellants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied as premature.
