DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION nt.

Motion by Salvatore F. to be provided with unredacted copies of the record or appendix and the parties' briefs, the transcript of the in camera interviews, and the court evaluator's report on appeals from two judgments and an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, all dated August 17, 2015, and for leave to refer to and quote from the evaluator's report in his brief. Separate motion by the petitioner-respondent to seal the transcript of the in camera interview of Dorothy K. F. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 17, 2016, the motion by Dorothy K. F. to seal the record and briefs was granted.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Salvatore F. is granted, counsel for Salvatore F. may review the transcript of the in camera interviews and the court evaluator's report filed with the Clerk of the Court, shall be served with unredacted copies of the record or appendix on the appeals and the parties, may refer to and quote from the evaluator's report in the brief served on behalf of Salvatore F.; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion of the petitioner-respondent is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 17, 2016.
