Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a replacement pro se supplemental brief on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both rendered April 5, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the pro se replacement supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until May 23, 2016, and the respondent's supplemental brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
