Motion by the appellant for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 21, 2009, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 16, 2014. By order dated October 27, 2015, the Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court dated April 16, 2014, and remitted the matter for further proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
