Motion by the defendant-appellant pro se on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 13, 2015, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to stay the sale of the marital residence and distribution of the sale proceeds, for leave to prosecute her appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 4, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
