On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 3, 2016, in the above-entitled action is recalled and vacated and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 10, 2013, and an amended order of the same Court dated January 13, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and the motion is otherwise denied.
