| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., separate motion by New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation, and separate motion by Footsteps, Inc., and Unchained at Last, Inc., for leave to file amici curiae briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that amicus curiae Lambda Legal Defense and Education Fund, Inc., amicus curiae New York Civil Liberties Union Foundation, and amici curiae Footsteps, Inc., and Unchained at Last, Inc., must each serve two copies of their briefs on each party and file nine copies with the Clerk of this Court on or before April 15, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no oral argument by the amici curiae shall be permitted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties, if they be so advised, may file reply briefs to the amici curiae briefs within 10 days after service upon them of the amici curiae brief.
