DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant Long Island Power Authority for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2015, which determined an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 1, 2014. Separate motion by the appellant National Grid Electric Services, LLC, for leave to reargue the appeal, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2015. Cross motion by the respondents for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from stated portions of the decision and order of this Court dated December 30, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions and the cross motion are denied.
