On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 28, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 25, 2013, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the name "Reynado Lopez Alvarado" and substituting therefor the name "Reynaldo Lopez-Alvarado," and by amending the caption as set forth above.
