Motion by Juan Moronta for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered March 22, 2013. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
