| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 3, 2015, inter alia, in effect, to direct the Clerk of the Court to accept a certain motion rejected on January 19, 2016, to strike the respondent's brief and "grant [a] default judgment" on the appeal, and to direct the "Rosicki" firm to pay certain costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 19, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
