Motion by the petitioner-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 17, 2016, and to continue the remand of the children Noel S. and Andrew M. to its care and custody, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order.
