On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 20, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2015, and July 13, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the word "Queens" and substituting therefor the word "Kings," and by deleting from the first and third paragraph thereof the word "entered" and substituting therefor the word "dated."
