Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents or anyone acting on their behalf from removing any property from the subject premises, erecting a fence at the subject premises, or preventing him from accessing the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 10, 2016.
