Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief and the supplemental brief filed by the appellant's assigned counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 4, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
