| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Chandran Nathan, also known as Chandrakujaran Nathan, from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated December 7, 2015. By order to show cause dated January 12, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted.
