Motion by the defendant-respondent to dismiss appeals from a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 20, 2015, three orders of the same court, one dated June 23, 2015, and two dated August 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated August 25, 2015, on the ground that the appeals are frivolous, and to preclude the appellant from making any further motions without prior consent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
