| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Deborah Ocona Mortimer, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on October 25, 2006, under the name Deborah Cecilia Ocona, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Deborah Cecilia Mortimer.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Deborah Ocona Mortimer to Deborah Cecilia Mortimer, effective immediately.
