| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated March 25, 2015, which struck her name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to reflect her automatic disbarment based on her conviction of one count of conspiracy to commit visa fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 371 and § 3551 et seq., and 10 counts of visa fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 1546(a) and § 3551 et seq. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 28, 2001.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
