| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to strike the respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2015, on the ground that it refers to matter dehors the record. Separate motion by the respondent to enlarge the record to include certain documents and to strike the appellant's reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appellant's motion to strike the respondent's brief and the branch of the respondent's motion which is to strike the appellant's reply brief are granted, and the respondent's brief and the appellant's reply brief are stricken; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a replacement brief on or before May 6, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a replacement reply brief on or before May 16, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the respondent's motion which is to enlarge the record is denied.
