It is hereby ORDERED that Bernadette Hoppe, Esq., 137 Summer Street, Buffalo, New York 14222, is substituted as counsel for the purpose of filing and serving an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the orders of this Court entered March 18, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County, is hereby directed to provide Bernadette Hoppe, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based.
