Quinlan, Esq., dated March 18, 2016, the affidavit of Anthony Notaro sworn to March 21, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Meghan M. Brown, Esq., dated March 31, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve respondents' brief is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered March 14, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date March 18, 2016, and inserting in its place the April 7, 2016, and the Clerk is directed to accept the brief for filing, and

It is further ORDERED that the second paragraph of the order entered March 14, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date April 1, 2016, and inserting in its place the date April 22, 2016, and

It is further ORDERED that motion insofar as it seeks to adjourn oral argument is granted, and the appeal is removed from the day calendar of the Court for April 13, 2016, and added to the day calendar of the Court for May 25, 2016.
