Appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Steuben on January 7, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Raymond E. Kibitlewski sworn to February 3, 2016, and February 12, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Alan P. Reed, Esq., sworn to February 24, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew upon filing and serving a new motion that includes, among other things, an affidavit setting forth the status of the two marital bank accounts at Harleyville and PNC banks, and the status of the sale of the marital residence as ordered by Supreme Court.
