ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2016, and the order on certification of this Court dated March 22, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 1, 2016, are amended by deleting from the captions thereof the word "respondent-appellant" and substituting therefor the word "respondent-respondent."
