| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner to enlarge the time to perfect a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 20, 2015, and for leave to annex addenda to the petitioner's brief containing certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the proceeding is granted, the petitioner's time to perfect the proceeding is enlarged until June 10, 2016, and the record or appendix and the petitioner's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to annex the bill jacket as an addendum to the petitioner's brief is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to annex the FOIL material as an addendum to the petitioner's brief is denied.
