| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated February 18, 2016, which granted the respondents' application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 6, 2015, or, in the alternative, to enlarge her time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until April 21, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
